In-person clinic training. Includes the first day of observing how the hospital runs. Second and/or Third day includes team training- 1-2 hour one-on-one training with management team and each group team (CSR/Assistants/CrVT’s), skills utilization, workflow design set up, SOP creation or revising, etc.
